Terms, Conditions / Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing your Tarps, Covers & Liners from Marson Industries Australia Pty Ltd (the vendor), our products are made to the highest of standards and we trust they meet your expectations. We have been manufacturing since 1968 and are considered one of the most trusted, reliable and quality manuafcturers in Australia. The below conditions shall form a binding contract between Marson Industries Australia Pty Ltd (the vendor) and the purchaser referred to as either the company or individual that acquires any goods from Marson Industries Australia Pty Ltd.

• All our products are made to suit Australian conditions, we take pride in all our goods and are confident they will out-perform those of our competitors.
• It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain the products suitability for their intended application, this includes: weather conditions, environmental conditions, temperature, size, footprint and the way the product will be secured or installed.
• The vendor’s will not be liable for any damages resulting from the incorrect use of any of our products.
• The vendor will not consider any warranty claims for the below:
  • Eyelets pulled out from the tarp, cover, liner or spill containment bund.
  • Tears or rips due to incorrect installation, excessive pressure, strong winds, cyclones, hail stones, water accumulation due to “pooling”.

These conditions are beyond the vendors control and are not covered by warranty.

• The vendor will accept returns of “stock items” only. We reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking and administrative fee on all returns. All goods must be unopened and in original packaging and unused. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods to our factory. We will not consider any open or used goods for return.
• The vendor does not provide a return policy for any “custom made” goods. This includes but not limited to, any item made to specific size such as Tarps, Covers, Liners, Spill Containment Bunds.
• In the very rare circumstance you do have a problem with your item, please email or call our office. We will require photo’s of any issues you may have to consider replacement or refund.
• All buyers acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions listed above. By purchasing from Marson Industries Australia Pty Ltd you accept all these terms and conditions.
